Entirely unacceptable, too, unless it was hauling around substantial loads. And even then.

I was 1k out of 12/12 warranty but the dealer took care of the issue and put new rotors on. Try to get that from a Dodge dealer.

Our ‘21 Citadel has about 23,000 mi on it. My wife drives it 99% of the time. I took it for a drive the other day and found the front brakes pulsing.

Her driving is a bit more aggressive than mine, but I’ve never had rotors start pulsing on a vehicle this quickly. What are these made of? Cheese?

The rotors on my 2013 Ford F150 started pulsating at 13k miles.
