So, I previously leased a 2018 Durango GT (Natalia) - she was perfect. ZERO issues, never had a single complaint about her. When my lease on that was up, I leased a 2021 Durango GT. She was fine for the first few years. When my lease was up last year, I had no choice but to finance it because I couldn’t afford to lease a new one (although there was a BEAUTIFUL 2025 all white RT with blacktop package and everything I wanted). I just couldn’t justify the payment.

Back to Lola (my 2021). Over the last year, I’ve noticed some issues (mostly mechanical/electrical). Recently my navigation stopped talking - it acts like it is, and lowers the music volume even - but it never actually speaks. I have rebooted the UConnect system, updated every setting possible, but to no avail. Now, sometimes when the passenger door opens (if someone is getting out of the car), it will say “key fob has left vehicle). But it hasn’t. I have to fully turn my car off and back on for it to go away. Sometimes the doors won’t unlock or lock even though the key fob is either in my pocket or purse. Other times a random page will pull up on start as opposed to the last page that I had up (always Media, always connected to my phone). Is ANYONE else experiencing similar issues or is Lola just being a pain in my ass?

navigation stopped talking

the usual is somebody turned the volume all the way down while the navigation is talking. My wife DESPISES being interrupted by the nav system (but it makes me happy) and heads straight for the volume knob. The trick is to raise the volume while it's speaking, kinda tough when you can't hear it.

I’m new to the Durango, but there is a mode with volume settings, that show all the different volumes for NAV, radio, cell and other volume settings that show on a graph type screen. I’d check that out to see what the setting is for your NAV. As far as the FOB, thats a mystery, but my RAMs and Dodges with FOB’s sometime has the issue. You might want to install fresh batteries, also hopefully it didn’t get washed with your FOB in your pants pockets.

Nope, that’s not it. All of the volume settings are on and turned up to where I usually have them

Yea I’ve checked all of the volume settings, they’re all up where I normally have them. And I never washed my keys don’t worry!
