If your Durango has the 10.1" Uconnect system and was built April or later of this year, do you have the ability to add profiles and/or are you experiencing any issues listed at?

2021 DD Uconnect 5C 10.1" System Issues/Glitches...

I figured I would start this thread to see what issues people are running into. I'm sure many of these will be worked out quickly but wanted to see is others are having the same issues I am. 1) Yesterday, my screen became completely unresponsive. It would not acknowledge any screen touches...

I was down at my dealer today dropping off my Jeep GC for QC work on fender flares. I know the service manager pretty well and he said the software is a main complaint of Durango owners as well as some of the new Jeep L owners.

I don't think it is different hardware. No way would Dodge change hardware on a MY that is pretty much over with.
July and August deliveries had the same firmware ours has. I think the updated code was a complete mess and it broke other items.
No matter, the 10'1 UC5 systems was a theft from our pockets and for that, I do not trust Dodge and will not in the future if we do not get an update that works.
