My uconnect app stopped working this afternoon. Tried to log in log out, delete app etc.

Does everyone experience this issue? My key are 100% in my durango I always only use the app to lock and unlock

Your frustration surrounding your concerns is valid and I'm sorry to learn that you haven't received the most consistent communication throughout this process. However, I am glad that you're entrusting our team and allowing us the opportunity to support you in any way that we can! I understand that a majority of the Uconnect concerns may be connected to software configuration. Since everyone has a specific vehicle model, with a unique software version, and everyone has taken various steps to get their concerns addressed-- it's important to our teams to make sure that we understand each situation, individually. We do not like to speculate on what may or may not be the cause/resolution to your concerns; since each situation is unique and should be treated as such.

If there are specific symptoms that you would like us to look into, we would be more than happy to do that! However, I don't want to provide you with a tentative release for a software update without knowing which symptoms you are referring to, specifically. For example, if you do not have the ability to add multiple user profiles, this software update is now projected to be released at the end of Q3 as software level R17.73 for the Durango model line. While our teams were originally informed that you'd be receiving this update as a firmware-over-the-air (FOTA) update, Uconnect will be now be issuing a Customer Satisfaction Notice (CSN). This means that customers will now be receiving a USB stick (containing software update level R 17.73) in the mail, which should allow you the ability to add up to 5 profiles.

Thank you Courtney, my dealer called me today as well to check up on the status. Nothing today. But I am noticing wireless charger connectivity issues. I'm going to see if it's my error or not..

Welcomed to my world with Uconnect app. My app shows my wife's Jeep and controls it but when I check the location of the Jeep is shows my Durango's location.
There is NO way I can get my DDRT onto the Uconnect app.
Mopar.com website stopped working for me as well as my wife. I was on the phone with mopar yesterday and a really nice support agent logged in with my account (and wife's) and verified the trouble I am having. He took screen shots anf opened internal tickets to the group who handles the website and uconnect app. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I mean, really. @Vice-White, what were you thinking? You aren't allowed to buy more than one Mopar. Who would ever do that?!??! The software team clearly decided there was a limit of one Mopar per family or individual. They literally don't want your money for a second or third vehicle. You have broken their rules, and now you must suffer.

Back to nomal this morning. App work fine. But since fews days, my uconnect nav crash and boot at least 3 times a day. The screen goes blank for few seconds and the TomTom logo appear and the map goes back. I drove my DD for 8 minutes this morning and it happens twice in 8 minutes. Anyone having this issue?

If you're having troubles with your Uconnect App, we might be able to help you with that! I can forward your information to our Connectivity Specialist so she can look into your information on the back-end and try to sort it out for you. @DodgeCares And now they are back to a USB update? Just last week Uconnect assured me that it would be OTA????
I was providing an example of when a specific software update would be released. Per the most up to date information that we have on file, the concern surrounding Multiple User Profiles will be addressed in a software update that will be released as a USB stick. I'm unsure if you're referring to a specific symptom/concern in particular, but if you'd like to send us a private message, I'll do my best to clarify any questions that you might have.

I hope this post is ok on this thread, as it is "problem related" but more of a question. I use USB stick pretty much 90% of the time for my music source. My '21 DDSRT will regularly switch to radio on startup when previously shutdown on USB. When it does that, its as if the USB isn't plugged in - it's not detected. I have to remove it and reinstall it to get the system to read it. I am using a pretty cool, very tiny Sandisk 32g USB stick, about the size of one of those bluetooth mouse adapters. It's nice because it hardly sticks out so there is no risk of knocking it when putting stuff in the console trays. But if there is a "preferred" or "approved" USB stick that may resolve my issue, I'll gladly pick one up. Any suggestions? Thanks.

It's not you it is a bug in the software. I reported this in my list of bugs in this thread. The Durango never plays last source on startup even though it is selected. Also my sources rarely show anything but Sirius on startup so I cannot select them through the steering wheel buttons, I have to manually click on am and fm for it to show in my sources and like you, unplug the USB and plug it back in. Once in a blue moon they are all there or if I power cycle the unit by pressing the center of the volume button and holding it for 30 seconds (until screen goes black) Annoying, yes, not user error and also easily reproduced.

Did we alwas had, in audio setting, the AUTO On Radio option? I think i never saw that feature before, but I might be wrong. See pictures bellow

What did the dealer explain to you about this? My 2021 Citadel uconnect keeps shutting down and rebooting also. I dread bring it in because they are going to say that they can't fix the problem.
Update on my Uconnect issues. I have not had an issue since the dealer reset the computer. However I'm still having issues with my memory seat and easy exit seat. They are not working at all for the 2nd time. Memory seat does not retain the settings at all. Have programmed both several times. does not hold at all. Exit seat does not work either. Seat and steering wheel should move when car turns off and door opens. NADDA. Worked for 3 days after dealer "Re-programmed" seats. Bringing in this week again to have them check out again.
