Hi, 1st post after reading many threads about it. We just bought our 2020 R/T (love it) and dealer said there was a radio issue: everything worked, but when using the volume knob--it worked fine going up. When you try to turn it down, it went higher? workaround by using steering wheel adjust buttons. They ordered brand new Alpine, picked it up and does exactly the same thing. Let them know at the dealership. What is the issue? I haven't seen THIS same issue in these threads. Very confused on why a brand new radio would do the same thing

Why did you post this here? You should be in the Gen 3 sub-forum where someone else might have had this happen. Most people have the Beats though a few Alpines are out there.
