We have taken the vehicle in multiple times and they keep claiming there is nothing wrong. Randomly when driving, regardless if the AC is set to "Max" any temperature setting, Lo, anything really, the A/C will shut off briefly for a few seconds and start blowing hot air and then kick back in. It only shuts off for a few seconds but it is long enough for it to cause that odd smell when the AC isn't running to go through the vents. Some drives it never happens, some drives it happens randomly every couple of minutes. no rhyme or reason. Apparently every time they've test drove it, nothing has happened. They said they checked the refrigerant level and it was fine. I seriously doubt this is a normal occurance, no other vehicle I have owned has done that. It's either off or on. This can happen day or night, hot or cool. Any advice here? I can't find anyone else reporting a similar issue and if you check my post history I have had the worst experience of my life dealing with Dodge and the dealership.
