I seem to remember a thread about the outer edges of the driver and passenger seats looking more worn than the rest of the seat. I am just wondering if anyone got this taken care of under warranty and if the 2015 and new seats are having the some problem or did they correct it.

The leather is not cracked open, it looks like the pictures posted. I guess my question was more to the 2016, 2017 owner to see if the seats are still doing this. I had the dealer look at it and they submitted a claim the Dodge, no idea if they will do anything or even if I want them to after thinking about it. Also I do condition my leather monthly.

A few of months ago, I noticed that the leather seats on the driver side of my 2015 RT (Nappa) had cracked and begun peeling. The peeling occurred on the side of the seat and not on the top surface where you would sit. I took it back to the dealership (I had owned about 90 days at that point) to get it looked at. The dealership took pictures of the seat and submitted to FCA for warranty claim. It was accepted by FCA and the dealership replaced the bottom portion of the leather seat.

I know it just recently done but what is your opinion of the replacement cover.
