The RT DD is in the shop for a list of issues. It has 2900 miles on it and I am surprised by some of the serious issues. I am sharing in case others maybe experience similar concerns/issues.
- Steering Wheel Vibration from 65 onwards:
Dealership Response: All 4 tires required a road force balance. WTF at 2900 miles!?!?!
Update 7/28/14: Dealership will revisit issue when the DD goes back in the shop.
- AC Smell (Dirty Wet Sock type):
Dealership Response: Sprayed some cleaner and stated this is a known issue with mold in the ventilation system.
Update 7/28/14: No more smell issues
- Rear View Camera (Slow/Pixelated):
Dealership Response: A firmware fix is on the way and is a known issue with the 2014s.
Update 7/28/14: Resolved with the latest version of uconnect software
- Hesitation (High gears at low speed):
Dealership Response: A firmware fix is on the way and is a known issue with the 2014s. With an 8 Speed transmission they are still working out the "timings."
Update 7/28/14: Not as noticeable anymore
- Rear Track Tail light moisture:
Dealership Response: Ordered a new taillight to replace the defective one. SA mentioned the part retails for $1800!
Update 7/28/14: Part in stock
- Suspension (Thumping Noise) when driving over bumps, potholes, etc..:
Dealership Response: BOTH rear shocks are leaking and new ones are on order. They stated this is a known issue with the 2014s.
Update 7/28/14: ETA on Struts 8/5/14
- AC running in "defrost" mode at random:
Dealership Response: A known issue with 2014s and new firmware fix is on the way!

I am a little concerned with how many "known" issues exist. The SA stated that Dodge is aware of known issues and are working as fast as possible to get software updates out. He said a lot of people with 14 DD's have complained about the same issues I have.
