Had my d for two days now and only time I have messed with nav was with dealer upon delivery and he set my home address in system. Today i tried to use and since I was driving it wouldn't let me enter address manually which on a side note is a little senseless annoying feature of integrated nav systems as there are many other things it lets you do while driving that are just as distracting if not more so but anyway I digress...I used the voice prompt to enter the address and at first it would skip the house number street and city and put up the state and then ask me if I wanted east main st or main st and I would say main st but still no city then it would think for a second and cancel it all. I tried a few times same results then I said my home address and it went there fine. Then I tried again this time just saying city and state and it said working and then just canceled on me. Then I tried again and it said no nav data. I pressed the nav soft key and it said failed on it. It totally crashed and all data gone as if I don't Have nav. It wouldn't even go to home address anymore. I tried shutting car off and opened door to reset system and when I turned it back on it was still shot. I was running late for work so I left it that way and I am at work now when I get out I will see what it does maybe I didn't give it enough time to reset bit even if it does come back I am going to call dealer about this and was wondering if anyone has i countered an issue with their nav in the AN. As far as I know the latest software is loaded as the car was factory built only 2 weeks ago.

That doesn't sound good! Suggest you contact your dealer. Good luck.

Just cause it was just built doesn't mean anything with regards to the updates, those units come in bulk to assembly line. Make sure it has latest updates and have dealer do it since it's new
