Hello all.
I just got the truck and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to activate the reach HVAC controls. Can someone clue me in on the secret magic? Neither the fan or the temperature knob seems to make any difference.

It has the rear entertainment system if that makes any difference.

Thanks in advance for saving what little hair I haven't yet pulled out.

I don't own one, but the '13 owner's manual says you have to push button 17 on the front controls to enable the rear controls..

I don’t have to do anything to activate mine. As long as you see a temperature number in the middle of the HVAC display the rear should be on.

You should be able to push the Rear button on your display and see Rear on the display. Changes you make to temperature and fan settings then apply only to the rear HVAC.

Alternatively, you can push the Sync button and verify three temperatures show up.

The owner's manual and the users guide give different info.. so I'll gladly defer to someone who actually owns one ;)

I have a 13, as tomk attached, just rotate the knob from rear temperature control or press the rear button on the front temperature control. What I usually do to activate front and rear is to press Auto then rear then wait for rear to disappear or press it again then Sync. Next time you press Auto you will have both on as last set.

No matter what we do the controls in the rear have no effect on temp setting or fan speed. When I click the rear button on the front control it will show only the rear temp on the screen, but the rear controls have no effect on anything. After pressing the rear button and the screen shows only the rear temp for a few seconds it will go back to showing all three temps.

I mean it's not the biggest deal in the world, but I just bought the truck and it would be nice to have it working. I have an extended warranty, but I have a 200 deducible. I may end up taking it in.

Thanks all
