A lot of hardships when working with Ripp and Diablosport. They don't have the tune set up for the 2012 durango rt.. I've been back and forth with both of them and pretty much got nowhere. Found a local tuner who specializes in Mopar. Building this beast for a little more boost, the vortech v3 si is capable of 22psi, not gonna go that much, I'm thinking 12-15 psi ☺
I'd love to hear about the long tube install. I've got LT's on my 05 Magnum and 74 Nova so it's only a matter of time before the Durango gets them too.
What size primaries did you go with? I know a blower motor needs to breath but bigger isn't always better. I can't imagine a 5.7 needing 2" primaries, even with ~8psi.
Your theory is right and wrong even those the blower is belt driven getting the car into boost will happen faster with s freed up exhaust. Header hfc and cat back
Turbo it's even more important.
