Attention the All Chrysler Nats will be an Official DOC Event

We have also decided on a few incentives to increase interest in the club by current and potential new members as follows:
  1. Any non member that signs up for gold membership at the show will get $10 off the full gold membership price.
  2. Any current member attending the show will get $10 off their next gold renewal.
  3. Any gold member that places or receives an award will be refunded their full entry fee for proudly representing the DOC at the All Chrysler Nationals ($35.)
Regardless of whether we get a tent or not, we'll all park as a group to represent our club properly and proudly.

As with all official DOC events, I need to receive a DOC waiver from each person that's registered to attend (email it to me at fstdango3@optonline.net or Events07@durangoclub.com)

With the caliber of vehicles we're presenting at this event, we should be recognized as the Premiere Dodge Truck/Durango Club.

Best of luck to all participants!

Hotel information

Notice to all attending All Truck Nats!
When attempting to locate hotel rooms for us in te immediate area of the fairgrounds there were none available!
I contacted John Warnet and advised him since this is an NEDOC Area Event and he was able thru some internet research and some phone calls block 7 rooms at the Comfort Inn in Mechanicsburg PA. This is only located about 10 miles from town so it's still very close and easily accessible.
The rooms are Non Smoking King Rooms If some were considering bunking together you still can just bring some sleeping bags.
The phone # is 717-790-0924 Please call and tell them you're from the Durango Owners Club group (our account #is 1922 make sure you reference it when you call.)
The Rate is $89.96 per night which is pretty good considering the hotel very close were $189 -200 per night if available.
Here are the directions from major roads:
Directions to Our Hotel:
I-81 exit 59 to SR 581 E to US 11 S, hotel is 1 mile on the right.
I-83 exit 41A to SR 581 W to US 11 S, hotel is 1 mile on the right.
I-76 exit 226 to I-81 N or exit 242 to I-83 N.

Thanks

Steve you forgot John and I, There were 5 DOC members there with 3 Durangos and 2 Rams. Watch out Vinny, Steve might forget to count you too.

One minute I'm his parking buddy, next minute I'm left out in the cold. Hey John since Steve forgot about us I guess we can park together now.
:p
Dave I just noticed your message!
I wasn't referring to the All Truck Nats just the All Chrysler Nats last year!
Myself Tyrone and Tim were the only ones at Chrysler Nats.
Now Give me my SPOT back.

Let it be known at the All Truck Nats last year Dave Heavy D, John Durango Dude Warnet, Tyrone [i got the baddest 2wd D around] were all on hand. LOL

PS Dave have you registered with Carlisle Yet?

John, Silver Bullet's mods are classified at this point ;)

Actually, I just don't want to make any promises I can't deliver :(. Hopefully all will go as planned and the audio/video aspect will be completed along with a few more tricks :D. Can't wait to see everyone, but more importantly, can't wait for 80 degree temperatures. Its blizzarding as I type this.

Steve, John-
Don't add me to the list just yet? we're in the middle of planning a summer trip to Mt Rushmore, and the wife's choice of dates covers the All-Chrysler weekend. Still trying to convince her that June is better, so we can go back to Carlisle again this year. Wish me luck. :)

OK. If we get 25 trucks. What do we get? Special parking? or a tent? I looked on the site and couldn't find any info on 25 or more registered.
I'm just inquiring and thinking about a few things, if it something worth going after to hit the 25 trucks.
And if it's something good to achieve, what do you think of me inviting some other Dodge Dakota guys to sign up with us.
Also since it's now a DOC event would they have to sign a Doc release for non a non club member since this is a Dodge event. They'd only be parking near us.
I'm just testing the water here. let me know what you think and what's the big deal of hitting 25 trucks.

#75 ·
Here 's the scoop

Hey Dave if we hit 25 Trucks Carlisle treats you to a cool overhang I mean COOL (tent) There's no cost to club for this overhang. We can set up a grill, there are chairs, we can set up coolers and such. It'd be very nice to have this in July as it's/was brutal out in the sun last year (bring Sunblock) It also stays a lot COOLER. Check your PM
