Does that mean that if there are Durangos there that aren't affiated with the DOC they'll be put in with our group or are we there as a club not just Durangos?

 

We're there as a club. However, all the attending D's will be in their own class separate from the Ram Chargers.

There'll be other D's in our Judged category (which by the way is people's choice for this show) They'll be parked near our D's to make sure they can be judged by the crowd. They'll be near us, not with us.
We'll have our own area tent to hang out in set up grills etc etc.
This will also give us some time to recruit some new members as well.
Getting closer and closer.

We'll all be meeting at Wendys Saturday morning between 7 and 730 am

If you can't get there by that time, we'll meet you inside by our designated area.

I know I'm coming from the oposite direction, But I'll be going down Friday night and meeting everyone at the Wendy's Sat morning.

I'll be driving up to PA from Northern Virginia on early Saturday morning. Maybe we can all meet up somewhere along 270 or so?

 

OH MAN!! All of this talk about driving up for a day and so on is really eating me up. I'm running through the list of pros and cons about driving the 5+ hours to show up and be a part of the CLUB?What's the absolute last day to register and do whatever needs to be done to go??

You can even register on site Craig. I did that last year. We just wanted everyone to do it in advance so we could get our 25 needed for a reserved spot and a tent.

It's killing me too since my D won't be ready in time, but it's still going to be AWESOME!!

Re: T-shirts for Carlisle event

Funny you should ask we have arranged for a limited amount of T-shirts for this event we don't have the total cost yet but it should be under $15 each. I'll have enough for every Owner at least and have ordered a few extras as well we can always get more made but we're really pushing it for Carlisle.
Special thanks to the first man and President for stepping up and getting these ordered.

Right now, I'm estimating 11.75 for L to XXLs and 12.75 for the 3XLs. The final cost is yet to be determined, after I have the total shipping cost for the shirts shipped to Steve VP. The shirts are schedule to be completed this week. And I'll drop them in the mail or UPS to Steve.

YEAH!
