Not on a 2wd. Only 4wd.

 

Damned that sucks. I'm​ having issues the the front DS wheel occasionally​ bottoms out on the fender.

Any low budget ideas?

 

Are you running standard-sized tires? Is the jounce bumper in good shape?

 

I believe they are standard. They are P245/70R16. I just replaced the Rack and pinion and tie rods. While torn down i noticed the bumpers were a little dry rotted but they seemed pretty solid.

I'll be replacing all 4 control arms within the next year. Was planning on replacing the bumpers and shocks then.

 

Sounds more like a bad shock on that side.
Control arms only need replacing if you have worn out bushings in them.

 

X2 on possibly bad shock. How many miles are on them?

 

I was thinking of shocks. The girl has low miles for a 2003 at 91000. Was wondering if they make air shocks for the front for a rwd model.

The girl has a class 4 hitch and I'm thinking the previous owner did some heavy towing.

what part of the fender? The topside inner fender well or the lower fender by door? If it rubbing by the door, you have a bushing bad or control arm bent..

 

The topside inner fender well is where it is rubbing.
