With the ground cable off of the battery you have effectively done the same thing as described above. Any residual voltage in the circuit has discharged by this time. Just connect the battery and restart. When you changed the injector and the coil did you replace the plugs. This engine uses the cheap champion plugs and they only last about 30k without over stressing the coil causing it to burn out too early. They really should be done at 15k. Also, what condition are the cap and rotor and plug wires in?
