I'm under the truck, on the ground and found the plug, I just can't get a good look at the plug type and how it releases with the torsion bar in the way...... Any ideas?

I need to see if the 5 volts powering the PCM and sensors returns. Some short is causing a nobus on the odo and everything else has been checked and replaced. Who knew a sensor in the transmission could kill the engine?

THANKS!

Between the transmission hump on the body so close to the transmission and all kinds of clutter around the receptacle the wiring harness plugs into, I can only get a finger or two to even touch it. Never mind squeeze two tabs to release it and slide it off. And worse... NOT be able to manage putting it back on, with pin alignment.

I need to find what is shorting the 5 volts to the PCM as my Dingo won't run. I replaced all five sensors that have the ability to short the 5 volts. And found after almost a year that the Governor Pressure Sensor is the 6th sensor that can short out the 5 volts to the PCM and requires dropping the trans pan to replace the works. Unplugging the wiring harness from the transmission removes the short and the NoBus on the ODO should be gone if the GPS, is in fact, where the short occurs. And the fuel pump will start pumping and ABS will reset when the ignition is turned to ON. And the engine will start. I find this out AFTER replacing every sensor, both the IAT and Coolant temp sensor, Distributor Cap and Rotor and Coil too. All TOP parts. Then the fuel pump (over the Winter in the driveway with RUSTED Everything) and even the PCM the other day since the GPS can be the cause isn't well known and pretty much not posted all over these pages on the Internet...What a painful omission. And now I can't get the POS plug out. Another BRILLIANT design by Chrysler. And this all started after I had the Transmission rebuilt and then Low Lock wouldn't engage and brought it back to get the shifter adjusted, only to hear the Transfer Case was shot. Another $1400 for a total of $4200. Then this started. Less than 500 miles on the transmission. Top Guy on Long Island too. Or used to be.

Hopefully someone knows of a tool or knows how to remove the clutter to gain access. This all started in November of 2023 with the transmission rebuild. I need to prove this to the Transmission place it's their bad parts that caused this, so THEY can eat the cost including towing!

So.... I bought a rebuilt PCM from Flashmasters.com, first one netted the same NOBUS on the ODO and truck wouldn't start. Called them and they insisted sending another because Chrysler has the highest failure rate of rebuilt and programmed PCMs. Second one arrived and 30 minutes later My nightmare DINGO started right up. And I highly recommend Flashmasters.com.

Truck runs so much different. It's really noticeable with keeping the transmission in a higher gear for better mileage, but kicks down appropriately when you stomp on it. Hoping to get the 13.9 miles per gallon I got when I first got it in 2002, instead of 10.
