Check engine light 4 weeks after new spark plugs and tune up

Good evening and thanks for reading. I have a 2022 DD TNG with 103,000 miles on it. Still rides and drives great. At idle one day the check engine light came on and stayed on. I had Advance Auto Parts check it using the reader and it said Cylinder #1 misfire but the engine was running smooth at idle and under load. I decided to get gas and afterward at another stop the light went off. Last weekend on a road trip and running it most of the day the light came on again. I checked the capless gas cap and pressed it in the light went off and has not reappeared.

I have already purchased a Mopar ignition coil and two plugs just in case. My questions are: Is it the flap on the capless gas cap or a bad iginition coil pack or spark plug(s)?
Is the code being stored and the action a the capless flap just resetting it?
If it is the capless flap, then why did cylinder #1 misfire code appear on the reader?

The oem plugs are great, but they should be changed around 100k. We recommend the oem plugs as they are NGK iridiums, and will last every bit of another 100k.

The coil is probably ok, but hang onto it until you figure things out. You can move the cyl 1 coil to another spot after trying the new plugs. If the plugs don't do it, move the coil to another cylinder to see if the misfire follows.

Excellent! Unless you have oil or other fluid down into the plug wells, with new plugs you should be ok.
A fuel cap issue should not affect engine operation. It can set a code and the CE light though.

Hopefully the installer did not damage a plug during the install.
Whenever you get a CE light, if the condition that caused does not remain, the light can go out after so many start/stop cycles.
