I am reposting with the instructions for the solution I used after a ton of research and trial and error.
A HUGE Thank You to User: JonathonMP who gave me aswell as others a ton of advice on this problem.
TOOLS NEEDED:
<<< Optional, depending on how you decide to fix your problem >>>
Don't forget to Pray before and after
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain any residual Power by pressing the break a few times and then press the Hazard Light button.
3. Then unhook the TIPM clips securing it (2 front & 2 in back) and flip it over.
4. Disconnect the largest pigtail, White clip, underneath the TIPM (It should be Green), by pressing in the tab on the white, plastic slide connector and lifting up. Then wiggle straight out.
5. Verify that the pigtail connector is melted. ( Pic # 2)

6. Find the Blue wire underneath the Pigtail.
(The blower motor wire is the thickest gauge wire of all the wires in that particular clip. Also you couldsimply match it up to the blower motor fuse terminal post on the underside of the tipm u it itself. Inspect where the end of the clip connects to the tipm and where the tipm fuse post would slide into the clip. See if it is melted.)
6. So you just push the wire through the pigtail connector. You may need to break a small bit of the plastic to get the connector out.
7. Cut the pin connector off.
8. Strip the blue Wire.
* This is where the solution differs*
* Do what works for you! *
- Solder the wire directly to the the pin on the bottom of the TIPM.
- Connect an electrical connector to the blue wire. ( Pic # 1)
- Connect electrical connector to 10 gauge wire, feed wire through pigtail, connect to the bottom of the TIPM. After you reattach the pigtail, use a wire nut to combine the new wire and the Blue wire from the pigtail. *
9. Reattach the pigtail connector
10. Flip The TIPM over and re-seat it back in it's cradle. Re-attach the Positive cable to the TIPM, if you removed it.
11. Reconnect the negative battery cable and secure it.
**Don't Press the break pedal yet!!!
12. Press the Start Button twice and let it sit there for 20 - 30 seconds.
13. Then try to start your Durango like normal.
ONLY IF YOUR DURANGO DOESN'T START
If you go to start the vehicle and it doesn't start or in the speedometer screen it displays SRT or another vehicles software then all you have to do is push the button so it says off don't put your foot on the brake hit the start button twice let it sit there for a few minutes hit the button again to turn off ignition disconnect the negative battery terminal for 5 minutes reconnect it and should start right up.
I hope this helps anyone who had the same problem I did.

Jon
