what happens when you accidentally touches the positive battery cable of the aux battery to the frame and you get no power, windows are down can't get them up and vehicle won't start?

what happens when you accidentally touches the positive battery cable of the aux battery to the frame and you get no power, windows are down can't get them up and vehicle won't start?
You may have blown one of the three main fuses that are under the hood on the passenger side below the positive jumping point.
