What a slap in the face to the owners of 2023 and 2024 Durango Hellcat owners. Now all of a sudden for an outrageous selling price Dodge can magically find a way to embroider the Hellcat logo on the back of the seat for a special edition. Something that should have been there all along too. Again, I am so glad I ordered and purchased my 2021 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat that I got to option out my way. Things like color matching mirrors and radio antenna, Harmon Kardon 19 speaker stereo, DVD player, towing package, an actual real spare tire, 2nd row console with storage, blind spot detection, and an engine block heater, not to mention Black Alcantara seats with an SRT Hellcat embroidered on both front/2nd row seats. All for 26K MSRP less than they will be asking for the 2025 last call Silver Bullet edition. Good night nurse!Dodge finally releases the details on the 2025 Durango Hellcat Silver Bullet Last Call edition. We had most of these details correct in advance with the exception that the interior leather will be Ebony Red instead of Demonic Red and the SRT Hellcat embroidery will return to the seatbacks. For those that are wondering, the Ebony Red interior was offered on the Citadel trim level in 2024. It's a darker red than Demonic (more like merlot). 2025 VINs are starting to populate at various dealers but production has not yet started. With the press release now live, 2025 production may start this week. Dealer allocations are not yet visible on the Horsepower Locator.

2025 Durango Hellcat Press Release
Astonishing isn't it!Now all of a sudden for an outrageous selling price Dodge can magically find a way to embroider the Hellcat logo on the back of the seat for a special edition.
Only if there is excessive markup and money in it for them.🤣🤣Anything out yet about the regular SRT Silver Bullet Durango? I was just reading an article on Allpar about the 20th Anniversary Durango R/T.
There was a press release with the details shared either here or on the Hellcat forums.Anything out yet about the regular 2025 SRT Silver Bullet Durango? I was just reading an article on Allpar about the 20th Anniversary Durango R/T. I've got to believe that it will be very similar to the Hellcat without the supercharged 6.2.
Thanks! I'll do some more searching. The Allpar article made it sound like that maybe the information hadn't been released yet. There was a press release with the details shared either here or on the Hellcat forums.

That looks more accurate. Maybe the marketing guys got "Active noise control system" (ie: ANC) and "High performance exhaust" mixed up?Good eye... didn't catch that.....
Not sure what that is referring to, here are some details from one on order at my local dealer...

The retool in 2022 was for the transition from the WK2 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Remember they build two models at JNAP. The next retool is for the NextGen Durango presumably. So here is my two cents on this whole topic... They "retooled" JNAP in 22 and that hit production hard. We ordered our 22 SRT in March and it was not built until December 26th. What was the "retool" all about when they are now saying they are going to have another? I just bring this up because it sounds to me that they cannot get their act together on what their next steps will be for the Durango.
I read an article that the next Dodge SUV, to be built on STLA Large, has been confirmed as the Durango replacement. The retool in 2022 was for the transition from the WK2 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Whatever it is, it'll definitely be a three row SUV (STLA large), so bigger than the current Durango I guess, but who knows if it'll still be called a Durango. Looks like it'll get hurricane motors, and probably batteries too.I read an article that the next Dodge SUV, to be built on STLA Large, has been confirmed as the Durango replacement.
It's going to be built in Windsor, not JNAP.
But that is all the info they gave. Have you heard anything about the next Durango?
Will it be called Durango or something else?
Comparable in size to the current one?
Liking that darker red interior. Would have matched the Octane Red exterior much better than the Demonic Red.First look of a 2025 Durango Hellcat Silver Bullet press vehicle. The Ebony Red interior does look good with the Triple Nickel exterior in my opinion. Bummer they only embroidered the front row of seats. Still not a fan of the black hood, but to each their own. I am hoping the suede steering wheel has the same rim thickness as the current one and they didn't just sub in the one from the Charger and Challenger as that was quite a bit thinner.
