My car has been running perfectly fine until today. The last time I had an issue, my mechanic had me replace the battery, and he confirmed that the alternator and other components were in good condition. Today, I decided to change my brake pads myself. After driving my car into the shop bay and turning it off, I got out and felt a vibration as if the car was still on.

When I checked the dashboard, I noticed the screen was partially off, but the speedometer and RPM meter were still lit, as shown in the attached video. I pressed the push start button to restart the car, and the RPM needle moved up and down, but the car wouldn't turn off when I pressed the button again.

The shop owner pulled the relay fuse and disconnected the battery terminal, but the car still didn't turn off. He then went under the passenger seat and disconnected the positive terminal, but nothing changed.

All this happened while I was trying to contact my warranty provider, only to find out they were closed, and all local dealerships and my mechanic were unavailable today. I have a code reader on standby for situations like this. Please refer to the attached pictures (PIC 1, PIC 2, PIC 3) for more details. Video YouTube

All I can suggest is to try and disconnect the negative sides of the batteries (aux battery first then the main battery) and then reconnect (main battery then aux). Hopefully this will reset any module that will not go into a sleep cycle.
