Turn signal mystery again

Yes, it's not liked here, when you open lots of threads for the same topic, but I'm unsure, if 2001 and 2013 are same with this problem, same wiring for example

I made a video about

🫤 hrrmmphh, the video is too large.

Problem:
  • starting the engine, the notice "Right Rear Turn Signal Lamp out" flashes
  • when using the right turn signal, clicks 10-12 times fast and then normally
  • no bulbs broken
  • hazard signal okay

What/where's the problem?
Many thanks in advance for your help.

More info would be helpful. I'd initially suspect it's something to do with LEDs, but that's because of without any details about your setup and typically LEDs cause the signal out warning and hyper flashing. Info posted about what lights you have would be helpful. Since you're in Germany, there's a big added unknown factor, which is what has been done to convert the lights? The 3rd gen Durango was not typically (if at all) produced with amber rear turn signals, so how was the conversion done on yours? Were the PCM/BCM settings changed for the amber signals and/or LEDs? Was it a third party conversion and if so how did they wire it?

@norge :
Does the 2013 already have LED?

My Durango is not the German/EU version - as I read in the German Dodge Forum (mainly RAM, a bit Durango, Charger and Challenger), there was not such a version at all of the Durango, just a general "export version" for any Overseas.

My Durango was originally built as civil border police patrol car for Argentina, so any EU-spec gimmicks were added later by the importer (an US car dealer in Hannover).
So backup light and rear fog light are in a little LED bar under the back bumper (and behind the trailer coupling, so totally pointless)

That is going to be a challenge to diagnose the issue because of the lights conversion. Unfortunately, there are not many who will be able to help as it's likely more than a bulb issue. It could be resistors they added to prevent the hyper flash are failing, it could be corrosion in the wiring splices/connectors for the light conversion, so many things it could be. I had my 2011 in the UK for three and a half years and dealt with some strange issues that no other Durango would have because of those, such as an overheated/failed resistor, extra miscellaneous wires that had a corroded splice that caused a light failure. Sadly the best resource to figure out the issue would be the company that converted them.

Unfortunately this company doesn't exist any more. Shortly after I bought the Durango there in 8/2020 it closed. It was the importer, a travel agency to which the previous owner gave the car back as emergency sell due the Covid-lockdown.

As I read also in the German Dodge-Forum, the probable best way would be clearing the OBD. The mistake may caused by it - the light and bulb are working.
