Is there a way to disable the horn honking when you exit the DD with the engine running and shut the door? I've gone through vehicle settings and don't see a why to disable it. I don't know about others, but I find this very irriatating when I want to exit the car to do something quickly before re-entering and have the horn honk. I try to remember to leave the door adjar but sometime forget. Everytime it honks like this I feel like I'm trying to say, "hey look at me, or I'm here!"

There is at least one recent thread about this. I don't remember what the work-around for it is but you can search for it.
One of the forum members CaptMoe posted a way around it… I tested it and it works perfectly.
