Hey guys ive been having overheating problems with my 2018 rt I was wondering if anybody else has had the same problem ive replace radiator waterpump and thermostat and even the sensor that goes into waterpump and yet it still overheats we bled the system and it worked perfect for almost a week now we are over heating again it mainly over heats with the ac on any help?

It's recommended to keep the 203 thermostat and to use a Mopar stat as aftermarket fails a lot. If your stat is aftermarket then pull it out and boil it in a pan of water with a thermometer and see what temp it opens at. Did you lift the front of the car and use a bleeding kit like the one from Harbor Freight to get all the air out.
We did have the durango on ramps when we bled it with the bleeding screw doesnt seem to have air in system im thinking its maybe my fan not turning on early enough or maybe its going out it seems to be wobbly and doesnt turn on right away when I turn ac on
Just about 109,000 with the ac off it doesnt seem to heat up as much as it does with the ac on it will start going up in heat at idle with ac on with it off it doesnt seem to

That makes sense. The AC is removing cabin heat, and shedding it in front of the radiator via the condenser.
If you have a voltmeter or test light, verify the presence of voltage at the fan connector when the AC is on. If the fan blade wobbles, the motor is bad. Time for a new one.

first verify fan is operating. I also have a 180 stat installed. I've struggled to find a reliable aftermarket stat as i'm on my 3rd one in 3 years. On your temperature gauge the 180 stat should stay right at the first hash mark, the OEM 203 stat usually ran between the first and second hash mark. When I installed my headers with the diablo it was recommended by hemifever to install a 180 stat for reducing knocking.
Ive noticed my fan isnt turning on when I turn ac on im taking it here in a bit to get looked at to see whats going on
Did this fix your durango? Mine has been in and out of dealship shop for 3 months with running hot just like this they replaced everyday you have replaced and are now saying my headers are leaking internal but I feel this has happened because it's ran hot so much!
