I have been having the same issue for gas nozzle stopping during fill ups on my 2018 and I had to rotate the nozzle 180 degrees to get it to work.
I dropped my car last week at the dealer and told them about the issue but also mentioned in some cases it causes over spills which is a hazard concern. They replaced the filler neck and today my first fill up was normal. Will see over the next few weeks how it goes.
By chance did you get a part number for that replacement?

Curious.. did the fix work?

ive not had a problem with any nozzle but that door sure is hard to close, on by my r/t's.. anyone notice this?

I have owned my 4600 mile 2022 since May, have about a dozen fillups so far and yesterday was the first time I went to fill up and it shut off at about 1/2 tank. The Gauge was reading just above 1/4 tank, so I knew from past experience I should be putting in about 17 gallons. (one thing I liked about my GM vehicle is it would tell me how many gallons I used when I reset it, I wish the Durango did the same so I could at least know where I could fillup to without overfilling it. In the end I got a total of around 12 gallons and it would not pump any more. Hoping it was a fluke, maybe a bad pump. We will see. Unfortunately I was only able to get the gauge just over 3/4 tank.

Probably just a bad pump. Ever since I started driving in the 70s I have always gotten them from time to time.

Hi okfoz,

Recently there was a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) 14-005-23 that appears to address concerns similar to the symptoms that you are having with your vehicle. To ensure this TSB applies, we would like to get you back into the dealer to have a qualified technician review the details of the TSB and specifics of your vehicle. Once reviewed, the technician can then perform the repair procedure that best matches the symptoms and diagnosis of your vehicle. Please send us a private message if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you.

I did another fill up and I did not have the issue. I believe it was the pump.
