You should have started with a new battery. A weak battery will cause various random errors. Tell us what motor and trim level you have and then add the car year and motor to your signature so we will know when you post another question.
 
But how old is the battery? If it's beyond 3-5 years it could be marginal. Also, the part you put on may be causing the errors if it's not a factory part. Sensors are recommended here to be factory to avoid poor products.
 
Is there a reset for the ETC I'm not doing
You would need something like HP tuners VCM scanner and interface, or Autel MaxiSYS to re-calibrate the electronic throttle body for GPEC2 engine controllers that your durango is equipped with. Not even alfaobd or diagfca software has this capablility. Otherwise needs to be done by dealership or independent shop which will probably have a tool that can do this.

Alfaobd can relearn ETC but it is only for NGC4 engine controllers.

Actually, hold on...looks like 2013 durango engine controllers are NGC4. So if you have an OBD interface, you can buy alfaobd for ~$60 and do it yourself.
