Any info what exactly you've got going wrong? I'm pretty sure the Tire Pressure Monitoring Module location hasn't changed through out the 3rd gen. I can't say 100% this is the location for a 2019, but the earlier model 3rd gens had it in this location:

This is incorrect.

From 2011-2015, the TPMS module was a separate unit that was located on the underbody harness where your photo shows.

Starting in 2016, however, the TPMS module was incorporated into the RF Hub, which is located behind the left rear quarter panel inside the vehicle.

I replaced the valve stems and senors. Because they read different number and tire pressures. Now readings on all but the right rear, that shows tire pressure low. Any suggestion. I was thinking the receiver in bad.
Try swapping tires and if it still does not show in the right rear it is probably a bad receiver or wiring.
