What should my oil pressure be at idle, hot engine?
Does it increase with rpm?

My DIC shows 96 psi at all rpms, which seems very high so I'm thinking the sensor is bad.
This is likely the cause of my P0522 CEL.

Guy:
What engine does your '13 Citadel have? I agree that the first place I'd check, would be the oil sender. and it's harness connection.

5.7 hemi.
A YouTube I watched said there's a TSB for the P0520 and 522 codes. The sensor is such a common problem it doesn't even recommend diagnosing. Get the code, replace the sensor.

Then replace the sensor. Job done.

Because many, many people have had problems with aftermarket Dodge sensors. Learn from the wisdom here (that's why you're here anyway, right?) and use the parts recommended by the forum.

Aftermarket sensors are kind of a crapshoot. Not that oem is perfect, as highlighted by the huge number of oem 5.7L Durango water pumps that failed between '13-'17. The price difference is not much, for a better shot at success.
