Mixed emotions on this one. Feel bad for you guys that invested in a 1 year only model but thrilled to be able to order a 2023.
I dn't feel bad for anyone who bought it with the sole purpose of expecting a big pay day when they flip it.
I bought mine to drive it. I'll peek at the 2023 to see if there's anything worth trading mine in for but so far I haven't read anything that has stirred my soul... :)

Welp, I have some mixed feelings. I didn't get mine with the intention of flipping it. I bought it to enjoy and man, do I enjoy it! However, it kinda stings. I thought it might hold it's value so that if I croak my wife might be able to realize a better than average resale. That looks less likely now. But it is still a great ride.

I think you'll be good. 2018 Trackhawks are still selling in the $90,000 range. Prices might dip for a bit but I'd imagine the pricing will follow the trackhawks. Like you said, the main thing is to enjoy it. It"s one of a kind!

and didn't these rot lot a bit too? they overmade them the first year or 2. something like 10k+ total WW. IIRC thought a read like ~60k hellcat powered vehicles in existence.

yeah I figured there wouldn’t really be any changes. I do hope they at least correct the curb weight information that they used for the 2021. When I reached out to dodge they confirmed the published curb weight information was incorrect but made no attempt to correct it.
What is the actual curb weight? They have my 2022 DDSRT that I have on order at 5375, I am sure with the supercharger it will add additional weight to the Durango.

I’ll take a peek at the 2023 offerings as well, but most likely won’t upgrade from our 2021. So far, that seems to be the consensus here.

In 2018 they built over 4600 SRT 392’s expecting high demand but many sat on lots for a while. 2019 and 2020 SRT 392 production was barely over 1000. It will be interesting to see if the same thing happens here….if so, that will put 2023 DDHC production numbers below 1000.

Color offering would be the biggest motivator for me BUT the press release that talked about bringing some colors back was not specifically talking about the Durango color offerings. I would bet B5 is the only one that makes it was over to DDHC. Sadly, I would buy a 2023 if GoMango, Sublime or Plum Crazy were offered.

If they come out with Toxic Orange for a '23 DDHC I could possibly cave and order one if I can get it a discount (at least 10 percent ) from MSRP.
Toxic Orange was the color on my SRT Chall with silver stripes and it was a glorious color that flip flopped in sunlight from copper/orange to yellow highlights, it was awesome.

Dodge had listed the DDHC at 5710lbs. My DDHC fully optioned and likely the heaviest configuration (Tow package, rear entertainment, Sunroof, etc) was 5580lbs.
Motortrend weighed their test DDHC at 5512lbs. 2021 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat Tested: It's Quicker Than WHAT?!

I don't know if anyone else has scaled their DDHC but I suspect a low optioned / lightweight package DDHC could come in a little under 5500lbs.
