The Uconnect app on my phone has the following:

Incorrect Mileage
Warnings for Airbag and TPM system
Not updated in 2 months (the VHR)

Mopar.com has the following:(in the past 3 weeks as prior to 3 weeks, mopar.com matched the app)
Incorrect mileage (listed from March 2022)
Correct VHR information

I reached out to Mopar and was bounced to Uconnect social media people.
They responded with the typical uninstall the app, take it to the dealer yadda yadda.
I responded with screen shots of mopar.com and the app and now Uconnect opened a ticket with their internal IT people and will update me with their findings.
Keeping fingers crossed that the IT people can figure it out but who knows with Stellantis.

alot of the HC guys seem to not renew the monthly fee for screw connect..
Android Auto is seriosuly trying to take ev erything away from Uconnect that is can (as well as other OEM's) and the only thing it will nto be able to do is remote start the vehicle or track it.
I got 6 months for 60 bucks and it is worth that and I will get a year for $120 or less when I renew or they can take a lump and I move solely to Android auto.

I dont drive my 21 DDSRT much, I only have 6900 miles on it and bought it in 03/21, but the last health report/update was in 07/21 and it says I only have 3100 miles on the truck...

It is simply amazing that Mother Mopar thinks nothing is wrong, EVER!
Their dealer network is the same way.
But to be honest, most customer support and tech support today sucks.
I had a Verizon FIOS tech at my house telling me my wifi was causing issues and I need to use their router for wifi.
I then blew this guys mind with all kinds of tech babble and said wifi is not the problem. He then replaces my router, splitter and patch cables even though I said, I bypassed the splitter and it is a new patch cable.
Well nothing he did fixed it and he kept saying my wifi so I asked him, if my TV is connected to the FIOS router via coax cable, how is it wifi? Well he said I will tell my manager about this issue and left. 30 mintues later I get an email from Verizon saying, We are glad we were able to fix the issue and your ticket is closed. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!

I then simply sent an email to someone I know in Verizon and a day later a fiber wavelength splitter was replaced at the central office which cleared my issue.

It is only going to get worse and that is because we the people keep feeding this piss poor companies with money for their products with no support. It's our fault!

You are correct. What I do now with poor service is cancel them and find someone else if possible. In the case of Ucrapconnect Guardian, I'll do without and be perfectly happy not paying for something that doesn't work correctly. I decided a couple years ago, if you can't provide what you say you can I'll get rid of you and it's been quite refreshing to unload worthless services/people.

It's such a shame that lots of Mopar dealers have such bad reps yet they are allowed to be that way.
This tells me Mother Mopar does not care for the consumer because if they did, they would make all dealers be customer centric or they lose the franchise if a certain set of company values are not followed. Also if a tech needs to escalate to STAR for assistance that time should be credited back to the dealership because Mother Mopar created a vehicle that cannot be diagnosed without factory support in some instances.

There is alot Mother Mopar can do to help the consumer, it seems they choose not to which gets me bent cause this is my brand of choice since I was a teenager.

It is a shame. I grew up in a Mopar family, dad retired there with almost 40 years. But I remember when he purchased a '72 Duster and took it to the dealer for something, they ran a boat into his car and denied it, gave him the run around until he proved they did the damage. He never bought from that dealer ever again.

The dealer here in Florida I bought my Dart from, worst dealer I've ever dealt with. Talked to my dad about them and they have another dealership in Michigan, he said it was so bad at that dealer that Dodge had to put a rep there to oversee the goings on. I don't care if they have the only Dodge product I want, I'll get something else rather than give that dealer a second of my time. I have no problem telling people to avoid them and why either.

When I still lived in Michigan I worked for a subsidiary of GM, a good deal of my time was spent at GM sites in my early years. I'm not shocked by any of this because I saw a culture of laziness even back then. The stories dad told us at dinner about things going on in the plants were almost unbelievable from a young kids view, how could any company function with people that messed up I used to think. As an adult I saw it daily, especially in government.

Corporate culture needs to change, but my take is that is like asking water to not be wet any more. Work ethic is barely there, everyone thinks they are entitled to the same pay as the CEO, CEO's are way overpaid even if their performance is poor, HR is more concerned with someone getting their feelings hurt because you can't tell some lazy POS that they are a lazy POS and it's all but impossible at some places to fire people, etc.

Problem is, most people tolerate crap service and won't speak up or just keep paying. Overall I'm quite pleased so far with my Durango, but there's room for improvement.

So it is almost a week and I have not heard from Uconnect or Dodge. It is so funny it is pathetic, the VHR is not working today at all on mopar.com and is still outdated on my mobile app.

WOW mopar.com has the current mileage under Sirius Guardian and the vehicle health report is up to date as well. The Uconnect App on my phone still has stale information but we are getting somewhere.

My app hasn't updated SINCE the day I got the car! lol

Might try uninstalling/reinstalling to see if that helps?
If you are in Canada we are SOL, you can subscribe to the initial free 1 GB of health data provided through AT&T, you have to enable it through the head unit and it is only accessible through the pull down notification shade. After that trial is up its something like $80/month CAD. 100% not worth .

WOW. Uconnect social media people reached back out to me to let me know mopar.com is fixed (which it is YAY) but I replied back with a screen cap of the mopar mobile app still being broken/stale. Hope they can get that fixed too.
