I have a 2015 Dodge Durango the battery died come to find out the battery was done so we replaced it. Now on the U connect screen the AC will not turn on trying to use the manual buttons the AC will not turn on at all no air comes out. I've tried reseting everything including a hard reset to the Uconnect, checked all the fuses
Please tell me someone knows how to fix this, there is nothing on Google or you tube

Does the compressor come on (fan clutch turning)? If you turn on the AC when in the driveway and the car is first started are the electric fans triggered at the same instant? If the compressor is on does the rear AC work? Of course, I'm asking because these things should all happen when you turn the AC control on. These symptoms plus any codes that might be pulled out of the car will lead you forward.

On the Uconnect screen it shows that the A/C is off. When I click on it nothing happens. Meaning nothing comes on at all. Everything else works on the Uconnect (Radio, Bluetooth, ect. ) not the climate section at all

Time to read the codes then. If this is the only wrinkle in things right now then the new battery is probably good, but they have been known to be weak off the shelf. Durangos are VERY particular about their electrical environment but this is also an unusual issue that isn't typical of a battery issue. If you have a V6, did you replace your start/stop battery too? It could be the issue in some way and there is also a ground wire bolted to the bottom of the battery compartment so make sure that is clean and tight as well.

Do the controls give the right indications on the screen but nothing happens? What if you turn the fan all the way up?

Does the rear air work?

Wonder if the fan fuse is blown or something.

Depress the brake pedal 30 seconds while the battery terminal is disconnected. then reconnect and see what you have.
You may need to do a hard reset on the Uconnect itself. I don't have any experience there.

On the Harmon uconnect units you can do a factory reset by entering the engineering menu (hold driver side temp up and temp down at the same time until screen changes). Then scroll until you see reset to factory, IIRC.

BTW have you tried the A/C or auto button on the center stack controls?
