Mine sat in D status for almost 4 months before hitting the “scheduled” phase. I do need to add that the plant went into a planned shut down for 2 months so that didn’t help out much. Seems like they’re starting to crank them out much quicker since restarting ops. However dodge is unpredictable and YMMV.

Hopefully yours is slated to get built soon !

Thanks for the response Dylan. Yeah mine sat for 3 months while being in phase D. I got the confirmation that it's getting ready to hit the assembly line (phase D1). So hopefully I will have it within the next few weeks.

Local dealership said mine will be in D1 any moment after stuck in D for 6 weeks.
How long does it morally take from D1 to deliver?

Not sure man. Mine is in D1 right now. Customer service said sometimes the system doesn't get updated all the time. They told me your car could go from D1 to "ready for delivery" w/o the system updating properly. Dodge has a really jacked up system lol
Haha I here ya!
Dodge has been always like that but for some reason I still stick with them.
Hope yours get delivered soon.

What method were you using for Customer Service, the online chat?

The online customer service chat. But they weren't always up to date on the build. I know you can track your order if you have the Vehicle order number. It sucks though because no one really has the answers and even when you ask customer service they're going to tell you that they can't give out detailed information. So the whole process kinda sucks. Hopefully get some feedback soon!

Ok... yep, I contacted them a little while back... they were pretty vague on their answers and kept steering me back towards the dealer saying the dealer would have the most accurate info.

Sent an email to my dealer on Friday. I got my email three weeks ago now telling me that my DD would be built in the "next few weeks". Would really love to know what Dodge's definition of a "few" weeks means?? I hope my dealer can get me some real answers next week. It is looking more and more like a late August, or early September delivery at this stage.

When did you submit your order?

Actually all info they give you is "rough idea" and it is pointless. Not only FCA but also the people at local dealership have been doing that all the time. They want to give you a good answer so that you place your order but after that they will be like: "Woops, unfortunately whatever happened and it will be late."

Ordering a vehicle especially at this time period is really hard, and supply chains and products shortage are always the excuses they use.
But IMO good stuff worth the wait as long as you really like it.

Yep... It's going to arrive at the dealer when it's going to arrive, not like the dealer or anyone can do anything to speed it up. I'd just like to get a better idea sometimes when the trail 'goes cold'...agree that it will be worth the wait. I have a vacation that has been planned and I just know the darn thing will show up in the middle of my vacation!
