2021 Hellcat Durango Issue

Everything had been great but kept hearing water slushing around on the drivers side under my seat. Pulled a grommet from underneath as I found when looking this issue up and let it rain.

Not sure what the issue is but gonna have the dealer dig into it.

sounds like common issue so if I were you guys I’d pull it out too.

Looks like a sunroof drain issue. Otherwise you have some kind of big leak there.

Yeah, I assume the drain is either clogged or not attached properly. Car never has a musty feel or smell or has wet carpet so we will find out sometime this week.

OK ready for this... I think there is a TSB for missing sunroof drain tubes. I will look later

Also check your windshield. My 2011 SRT 8 had a windshield leak from the factory and filled up the drivers floor with water when it rained.
Wha a mess and I was lied to by Dodge factory SRT rep on what was going to be done to fix it.

1. Replace teh windshield
2. Replace the carpet
3. Replace any modules that could have gotten wet.

What was done.

1. wet vac'd the carpet
2. no modules replaced all tested ok
3. squirted leak seal between the glass and roofline from inside the care (WTF).
4. Got black leak sealer over my light gray headliner. Not replaced but cleaned but there was always a ghost stain spot remaining. I used hotshot and took the ghost stain right out.
