I agree with your "love" of electrics, Cecibud. Globalists have been rigging the game for years, in-favor of electrics only, with zero regard to it's effects on our existing infrastructure. Power grids in snowflake areas of the country are already failing due to increased demand on them locally. Providers have no hope of correcting this as it already is due to over-regulation to the point that their hands are tied. They cannot meet today's demand, much less, these "utopian" fantasies being legislated for. Pure INTENTIONAL insanity IMHO!
But to your question: That's totally up to the near-future market.. Stellantis isn't concerned with anything except car sales when all is said and done. They're in the business to build vehicles people will want to purchase, and for a profit. If sales suddenly drop-off drastically due for whatever combination of "current affairs" factors, the V-8's will disappear sooner than later. I would buy now if so-inclined. Fuel prices, inflation, and environmental terrorism are only going to get worse, (thus, surely increase) imho.
