Do the Hellcats come with the cargo cover standard, since the Cargo group is not an option on the Hellcats?

No, but you can buy a used one pretty cheap.
Pretty sure no one has ever said, "Wait, no cargo cover? Forget it. Let me see what else you got."

Only was asking because I was going to look at a Hellcat, and since it didnt come with one, I would have just kept the cover out of my truck ......Pretty sure no one has ever said, "Wait, no cargo cover? Forget it. Let me see what else you got."

no the cost of the Cargo package, and the reason its ordered, is the roof rails. can't carry our big expensive Thule without roof rails...$245
