Did you try a new battery in your fob? Does this happen with both fobs? I believe the module is part of the push button assy right behind the button, but others will chime in to say for sure.

Yeah I've replaced battery in the fob it works fine just isn't being recognized by the vehicle. I can lock/unlock the doors and rear hatch with no problem I've tried disconnecting the car battery to reset the hub but it still doesn't recognize my key fob. I'm probably gonna have to have it reprogrammed at the dealer, was trying to avoid that I know they're going to charge me alot.

your key cannot be reprogrammed, I would suspect you have a bad antenna or the ignition module is bad...if the car locks and unlocks the the ignition module is probably at fault.
The RF hub is located behind the drivers side rear quarter panel in the back

He is 100% right. If the key locks and unlocks, then the key IS programmed already. Like other are saying, probably the HUB....
