Does anyone know about Add W 1 oil catch can? I've tried to find some info about it on here but no one seems to talk about it. Which makes me wonder if it's a good product or not.

Aaaand.... in the wrong sub-forum again.

I am running the ADDW1 catch can in my '20 DDRT. I was actually the 'test' subject for the Durango and worked with a representative of ADDW1 for the install. I ran in to a couple of minor issues with the install, which can be expected with a new product. See below:

The mounting bracket holes needed adjusted. I was able to enlarge the holes enough to make the adjustment for the PCM mount.

The mounting bolts sat too "high" if you will and I replaced with some bolts and washers from an extra set bolts and nuts I had from a billet catch can install.
I provided the information to the rep I was working with and I am assuming they made the adjustment/changes I noted during my install.

All in all a great product. Very well built, works at it should and looks great under the hood.

If you have any additional questions just let me know.

I had issues with putting the PCM cover back on after installing the catch can. I had to be creative with getting it
back on. You didn't had an issue with your PCM cover? I had to extend the bracket in order to make everything fit.

I had no issue with the PCM cover. Did you use the extensions provided in the kit? See photo below:

I didn't get a proper instruction sheet that I can use with the installation of the oil catch can. Just parts in a plastic bag and a diagram of where the oil catch can should be installed. It's working fine. I've noticed some oil in the can already. Amazing. I'm happy with it so far.

Glad it worked out for you. I had installed a billet catch can on a Jeep GC and had a basic understanding of the install process plus I looked at couple YouTube videos for installing a billet catch can on a Durango. I do agree that the instructions are a bit lacking.

All in all, like I said, it is a very well made product and works as expected and also looks good under the hood.

Hey @Ron-do where the hoses go? I mean, the large one goes in the back but in the inlet or outlet for the catch can? They sent a picture, but their diagram in the box no make any sense.
they sent me this:

But the diagram is like this:

So, what is the logic to no messing the engine here?

Inlet goes to the back(longer hose) and outlet(shorter hose) attaches to the front. As in the picture the actual catch can should have the inlet and outlet labled. Take a closer look at the picture and you should see the marking.
