Hello guys..I ordered DD RT TNG a month ago and still shows in scheduling phase. I know there is a wait. I am expecting twins in few months. I currently drive a mustang and it doesn't help me one bit. I badly need a 3 row by the time the twins arrive. I heard from someone if you drop an email to Stellantis leadership (CEO or Chairman), the process can be expedited. I looked all over and I am unable to find their contact info. Can someone help me with this information please?

I don't have any of that information but I don't believe contacting them will expedite anything either. COVID has caused a majority of supply issues throwing the process of building a vehicle in a loop. Some are getting theirs in a month or two, some are waiting longer. Additionally with the plant that builds these experiencing flooding in their holding lot, this may cause additional delays.

If you're really pressed, you may want to try watching out for any showing up to a dealers lot that may have all that you want in it.

Have you tried reaching out to your dealer to see what the status is on it? They will be able to look up and see if it is in the build process, if it is you shouldn't have to be waiting terribly long. Just know that if you did order stripes, others have been seeing exceptionally long delays for that.

It sounds like your order is being impacted by COVID-related slowdowns, even more so with the flood at JNAP. I'd be surprised if an ordered Durango gets delivered within three months, let alone two. Unless you're dead set on the R/T you ordered, maybe search within a couple hundred miles to find a comparable one already on a lot.

Not to be that guy, but it's not Stellantis' obligation to meet your individual schedule, especially considering the current circumstances. Did the dealer you ordered from give you a concrete timeline or just say there will be a wait?

Thanks for your response. I did not order the stripes. Thank God. I live in New Jersey and trust me there aren't any R/T's available around. I did try. Is there any easy way of checking the inventory in 100 miles radius?

Thanks for your response. I will continue my search and see if I get lucky. Is there a easy way to search in 100 miles radius? There are no R/Ts available in New Jersey.

I have a baby due in November and wifes lease up in September. I ordered in hopes to have something by August. But not gonna lie, the itch to get it already is there! Hoping its two months or less, would hate to cut it close to the lease end.
