New one piece hedlights and alteza tail lights

New one piece hedlights and Alteza taillights

Just got on eBay a set of crystal one piece headlights and a set of Altezza tail-lights. Now I just have to wait for them to arrive hopefully as quick as the Callender's from Steve (but I don't think so he's so quick ) and then I can start the Instalation. I'll post some pics when they're on my D. :cheesy: First mod unless my DOC start package arrive first.

Well the headlights came in last friday. Had to cancel the order from cosmo dynamic since they won't send to Icelandic company called Shop USA that we use here to ship things from USA to Iceland from dealers that don't ship to Europe. Found this great dealer called Racinghouse they ship straight to Iceland. Orderd them on january 19. and I got them friday february 1. only 13 days. I'm very happy with that. But they don't carry the taillights that I want. Found them finaly last week with a dealer called Acemotors700 they accept PayPal from others then amerivans and ship to Iceland so they're on their way aswell. This was my first atempt to shop on eBay so I had to learn a few things. Installed the lights this weekend. And thanks to this forum (Thank good for the DOC ) I sealed them off with clear nailpolish and printed the instalation out and managed to close the gap pretty nicely after my friend who's a meccanic manualy build a 4mm socket skrewdriver from 4mm socket from a socket set. Narroved it down and cut the drive off and welded a stiff wire to it so we could adjust the gap down to nothing. I'm still thinking to ad a soft small rubber hose along side it so I won't even see the adjusting skrews. anyway here are some pics off the headlights. I'll add more when the Taillights arrive.

Yeah real nice install, the way it SHOULD look!

I just picked up those same tails since I wanted a flush looking set instead of the 3D ones, but I'm not sure if I'm liking them with my 2 tone paint. Going to give it a week or so before I make the call and pull em back off lol.

Update. The taillights got here yesterday. Installed them on 3 min. and love them. I think they make my D look younger and allso the people that have noticed them. Believe me this truck is noticced here specially by the turists that come here a lot. Here are the pics.
