Anyone else have this problem:

So driving it yesterday hit the SRT button to attempt to change from one driving mode to the other. It did nothing. Pull the car over and shut it off and restarted it but same result.

was near a dealership so I drove it in there and they re-flashed the computer and it worked fine.

Driving it today and the exact same problem, the SRT button does not work and does not allow you to change driving modes.

Damn, I hate to hear that the new Uconnect has been so buggy. Can only the dealer reflash the system? I'm wondering if a lot of us are going to need to do it more often than we like.

My biggest gripe has to do with the radio. Rewinding music stopped working for a few days. Just came back on it's own. Switching between sources causes the system to freak out. For a "faster" system the song/media titles take a lot longer to update than the old UConnect.

Al least your Durango is running. Mines been at the dealership with engine issues for 2 weeks now😡.

Thank you. First appointment at local dealer is next week.

I have had something similar. I double pushed the SRT button to put in custom mode, and the infotainment display said it had failed, something about needing to be in run mode. Funny thing is that it was running at the time. Though the infotainment system indicated the error, it had actually gone into custom mode according to the instrument cluster. I used to double push the SRT button as soon as I started it, but then it started freaking out the display and freezing the controls if I did it before it completely initialized, or while in reverse. Now I wait until I'm driving to switch to custom, and haven't had any issues other than sporadic reboots.

Anyone seeing this type of glitch with a DDSRT newer than 2018? Perhaps those of us with 2018's just need a firmware update to the infotainment system.

My srt button just stopped working and there is no performance page. Did anyone find a working solution

I had this happen a couple weeks ago. My performance page likes to have the gauges stop working. I had to do a hard reset of uconnect two times before it started working properly again. The first hard reset caused the SRT button to stop working and the performance pages not to show up on the SRT page. The second time I did the hard reset I left it sitting in the garage and came back after a while and it was all back to working.

I would try a soft reset where you hold the volume button and the tuner knob at the same time for 10-20 seconds. If that doesn't work do a hard reset through the settings or pressing the temperature up and down buttons simultaneously for at least five seconds and following the instructions.

Have a 2022 with the same problem. It’s at the dealership now. Has 23k on it. Keeps freezing when picking a drive mode then blinking.

Just got my 2021 Durango Hellcat back from having a new battery installed at the dealer. Clock would not synch via GPS and no SRT functionality or access to gauges, performance pages, etc. Tried to reboot system multiple times by holding the power and select buttons simultaneously. Let sit overnight, clock is now in synch, still no SRT functionality.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
thanks
