1st issue: My 2013 Crew has a power lift gate. The lift gate will open with no issue but once it gets to the top (fully open) it immediately starts to close.
Is there a reset or reprogramming trick that I can use to get the tailgate properly functioning again?
2nd issue: My rear entertainment system (DVD) has stopped working. The DVD will play on the main head unit screen, but the rear screen will not project a picture. Any helpful hints out there?
Both issues occurred after I had the transmission serviced. The garage I had it done at may have "flashed" the system and now I am stuck trying to get this fixed.
