Good Day to you all. I'm new to here and I'm just looking for some help with my situation. I own a 2017 SXT Durango and my blower for the front AC/Heat system is starting to come and go as it pleases. One minute it blows fine, the next it doesn't blow at all. In between it will start to blow the get weak and then gets strong again. Now it also makes a rattling noise. Could it be the blower or maybe the resistor? Just want some opinions before I purchase the part.

Try and see if you get any of these issues on the highest blower setting. high is a full 12v, so you’ll see if it’s the fan or the switch that’s causing your issues

Bad blower motor, I'm sure. The varying speed symptom is common with most blower failures. Other symptoms could be losing the top speed, vibration, a burning or hot smell. "Coming and going as it pleases" should only be while the blower is actually called for and also confirms the bad blower.
