I think our 18 citadel is off a little. It’s not terrible. In looking at Durangos while shopping over the years I have seen this on several of them. As the pics show some are right on, some are off a little, and some are off a lot. Our lift gate is slightly off. Gap on passenger side is wider than gap on drivers side(gap to the rear quarter panel). I think it’s just mediocre build quality. Quality control not making sure the body gaps are perfect.

What's up fellas? New to the Durango world. Just bought a 2020 R/T. Love it. I did notice the hood at the dealer being slightly off. I adjusted the hood bumper, brought it up some and leveled it out. Try that.
I tried, but the bumper is as high as it will go.

I think it's like that on purpose. If you look closely, it follows the line on the top edge of the headlight.
I agree, if you go look at Jeep GC's, they 'line up' the same way. My hood was WAY skewed on delivery, the pass side hood lip was almost touching the fender (I could barely get a piece of paper between them). The dealer did a lot of fiddling with the fenders & hood and got it a lot better, but it's not flush across the front & the Drivers side hangs a tad lower. It does follow the conture of the headlight, but looks odd. If you push it back too far, then the rear part of the hood no longer lines up with the fender by the A pillar.

dammit, I have not noticed any of this but haven't looked for it either. I have a 21 and I'm going now to look... if it's off and I didn't notice it until you all brought it up, then it's your fault hahaha... JK.... but seriously, I'm going to look now

don't need to go outside, looking at the pics of mine and my son's 21, both are off slightly only on the driver side... thanks again now I can't stop looking at this lol
and they both seem to be off about by the same amount and only on one side. weird. but honestly, until you all made me read this thread I had never noticed

Sorry, I'm sure this has been beat to death but I cannot seem to find any posts in the search. What is the deal with these hoods not lining up? Is there just no fix for this as the rest of the lines are perfect?

Did you try adjusting the head light base if they are aftermarket I had to adjust mine to sit flush with the frame and the hood and I have the 03 Durango.

That is weird...but more noticeable on the white.
Might try adjusting the bump stop up on the driver side and lower the passenger side a bit..if necessary
