According To Dodge’s website, the Durango is available in what they are calling “In Violet” which looks similar to that BMW you have pictured. I looked for an actual pic of a car in that color but couldn’t find one. You might want to look into it.
Negative. #1, That color looks nothing like the BMW purple. #2, it isn't offered as an option for the SRT.
There is a dealer review on YouTube and you can plainly see Dodge missed the mark. The reviewer even said it looks more black with hints of purple than an actual shade of purple.

I'm complaining abit because I hope that FCA folks read the forums....more colors please not just shades of fluff sandwiches.....need more jellies!!!!!

I agree the colors for most vehicles have dropped off the last two years. I will say I have an F8 widebody Redeye challenger and it’s gorgeous. I also love the granite crystal pearl, I know it’s a gray but for some reason I’m drawn to it. I love plumb crazy and b5. B5 is so noticeable and beautiful. Not seen many to match it. Overall though I love pearl esque paints for the many costs of metallic. Just my preference.

About ready to pull the trigger on a '21 SRT. But none of the colors do much for me. That's sad. Don't like the interior (all black or red leather) options either. None the less, I still want one. The three current colors I like best are Reactor, F8 and Octane, NONE of which go well with red leather (IMO). And frankly, Octane has a bit too much cranberry in it for me. Wife likes it though.

LOVE B5!! Really like the Hydro blue on the Jeep JT as well.

I don’t think you can get red leather interior with Octane Red paint.

I thought maybe it was just Hellraisin renamed across models like they do across brands, but it's not. I'd love to see it, I'll have to search Youtube. Too bad it's not available in the SRT (Why?) black that sometimes looks purple would be right up my alley if they're not actually going to let us go with Hellraisin, Go Mango, Sinnamon Stick, etc... even Indigo which is just kind of a "regular" blue is far more eye catching than anything offered on the Durango lineup.

You shouldn't be able to. It's a crime against humanity. I'm pretty sure it's been offered since at least 20. Octane Red paint, red leather interior, red 392 and dodge badging, red brembos and orange fender reflectors make for a horrible mismash of the color spectrum. Looking at the front 1/4 of the vehicle with the door open is an affront to anybody who has ever bothered to find a matching tie.

You can’t get the red with octane. I looked at all options at my dealer when ordering mine.
Not saying I wanted red with octane but it was a color I was interested in.

Have looked at RTs (same visually as SRT) in Reactor and F8. The Reactor looks pretty good in the sun; slate blue.

Looked at an F8 today. I really kinda like it.

Octane is fine, just not for me.

Anyway, I guess F8 leads the way as of now . . .

I’ve got the F8 on the Redeye and it’s amazing. Haven’t seen it on the Durango but I’m sure it would look awesome also

I don't know which dealer you went to but, as I stated previously in this thread, you are able to order the Laguna seats with Octane.

After I read his reply I went to find the dealer website where I saw the Octane with Laguna advertised and can't find it, so I guess they sold it. But I've certainly seen the color combo, the contrasting reds is extremely vivid and IMO, a horrible crime against the DDSRT.

Well, I will be guilty. My original opinion was that it wasn't a good combo and agreed with the decision to not allow it. And I very well may regret ordering it but, what sold me was the look of the Premium Interior with the leather. It just looks so much better than the black. And I've had the black for 3yrs now so a change in color was warranted. If they offered a different color, like my wife's Telluride which offered two shades of brown (KIA, KIA!!! offers more color choices than Dodge...smh), I would have gone with one. And the fact the website listed it as a "No Charge" option made it a no brainer for me.

I don’t remember what they called it but in 2019 and 2020 Dodge offered a brown/black seat in certain Durangos. I actually ordered the brown and black combo to go into my 2020 order but Dodge ended up canceling my 2020 order (“Canceled.......due to COVID). I like my black interior with the Octane Red paint, but I would have preferred the brown. It kinda blows my mind that they only offer 2 interior colors...and one is black and the other is........red...

I think the brown you're referring to is offered in the Citadel.
The HellCat thread has a picture of it. Looks really good but, not offered in either SRT.
