Radio/XM Presets

We just got a 2018 Durango GT with the upgraded 8.4" screen and radio and XM presets will not keep.

Been looking online and people said to set the presets, then save it to seat #1 profile....that didn't work. Tried seat profile #2, didn't work either.

Every time we shut the radio off with power button, or just turn the car off it loses all the presets. (the rest of our options like lights, heated seats with start up stay saved)

Anyone?

Unfortunately I do not have a fix, and this has happened to me a few times so far. Just happened recently and have not Re-saved them. Very irritating and sucks to reload all my presets. They just disappear for no reason.
