I have a Durango Limited 2016. Hauling a Jay Feather X23B RV.
Went to weigh station fully loaded (minus water, grey, black empty).
Total was 11,020 lbs. The durango can handle the weight, but I know we are a little light on the front end, despite using weight distribution bars (400-600 lbs). Front axle shows 2600 lb, rear 3720, with trailer axles (2) at 4700 lbs. Any thoughts on balancing the weight a bit more equitably?

What are the details of your DD? If 3.6 you're really close to the max gross combined weight rating which would make me consider a bigger tow rig. You have a decent cushion if you're 5.7. The next thing you need to do is get an accurate tongue weight, that will tell you if the WD bars are the appropriate spec. If that checks out, you need to fine tune the hitch settings. Most WD hitches have a set of spacers that allow you to adjust the bar angles to transfer more or less weight to the front. I'd go to eTrailer and check out some of their setup guides. If you're going to tow heavy with your DD, you need to get it setup perfectly.

My DD is 2016 Limited 3.6. Front GAWR is 3200 lb, Rear 3,900. GVWR is 6500 lb. GCVWR is 12,700 lbs. (combined vehicles weight max). My tongue weight measurement came up as about 700 lbs. Within the 10-15% rating. Definitely hauling at the 90th % capability of the DD. Thus, trying to get that weight distribution and hitch height just right.
