Why waste your money on this when it could go towards a tune? With the tune you pickup some power, some fuel economy,adjustable pedal aggression and even a trans tune if your trans is supported.

Not many of us have $300 lying around. I installed the maxx boost throttle controller on my 2014 Durango. It was half the cost of pedal commander, does not add HP but drastically improves throttle response as well as being MUCH simpler to use than pedal commander. https://www.sawyertuning.com/?s=accelerator

Does the Maxx have only one setting? If so how sensitive is it?

It has three levels I believe. The first is for normal driving. I notice an immediate boost around town but it is not too aggressive. The second mode is the max setting and is like a race mode. This eliminates all delay whatsoever for me and is the highest I would want to go. The third mode is the lowest / stock if I recall correctly. I keep it in the first mode and it is perfect for my needs so far.
