From what I know, you'll need to release the axles from the diff in order to separate the rear hub and install the modified one. Darren said it's not as hard as it sounds.

Tom you can actually do it quite easily on an 00-02 you just need to buy the spindles and rest of brake hardware the rest of the stuff is the same. Wheel Hub Identical,The only diff I could find between my Friends 03 and Mine was the spindle.tomk said:

I think there's less difference than we all think between the 2 Brake Systems.
