Brand new to the forum. Just purchased a 2017 Durango GT. This is our first Dodge vehicle. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a cold air intake kit? Does it make any difference??

Save yourself some money and just buy a K&N drop in filter if you’re looking to gain performance from a CAI...

I opted not to mess with the factory intake on mine due to what Hamada128 mentioned, combined with the insane price they're getting for them. Like the aftermarket exhaust systems, I just couldn't justify a purchase. Then, there's the requisite re-tune, at the same time most tuner/programmers like the Diablosport 'intune3' only work on the 5.7L --- that I'm aware of, anyway.
So it just ain't worth the hassle anymore to an old fart like me.

FYI someone has or made in the past a bored out / ported throttle body for the 3.6L that might actually gain you a few top end peak numbers.
