Rango, Welcome to the forum. Wow! Those are some big wheels.

The R/T comes with "heavy duty" brakes from the factory, so unless your new wheel/tire combo weighs significantly more than the OEM 20" wheels and tires you should be okay. Of course I'm always concerned if I increase the unsprung weight on a vehicle. I have OEM Jeep SRT forged wheels on my 2019 R/T. Those wheels are actually lighter than the OEM wheels even though they are 20x10 versus 20x8 for the stock wheels. My new combination of wheel/tire actually weighs about a pound less per wheel/tire than each OEM wheel/tire combo.

As for upgrading your brakes you could always do the basic upgrades like better pads and brake lines. And even better rotors. The other option is to upgrade to SRT Durango Brembo brakes. You can now buy the entire front kit or the front and rear kit combo or you can piece the kit together yourself. There is a thread on the forum about sourcing the parts. Those aren't cheap though, close to $2,000 for the front and approximately $3,600 for the front and rear. And SRT Brembos require aftermarket wheels that will clear the calipers. The OEM wheels won't work with Brembos if you are using those in the winter.

Yea they are lol. I haven had any problems. Just thinking better say than sorry. That is pretty pricey for the brembo set up. I may just take your advice and upgrade pads and lines.
Yes your 24s make my 20" SRT wheels look small. LOL!
